Qualifications

• 10+ years of culinary experience in luxury settings.
• 4+ years in a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
• 5+ years in an Executive Chef role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all culinary operations across outlets, banquets, and events.
• Develop innovative menus reflecting guest preferences and market trends.
• Ensure food safety, HACCP compliance, and high presentation standards.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing culinary team.
