JA Hatta Fort Hotel is seeking an energetic F&B Manager to lead the food and beverage division, delivering exceptional service and innovative dining experiences in the JA Hatta Fort Hotel property. You will drive guest satisfaction while steering promotions, menu development, and cost control in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 4 years experience in a similar leadership role within a quality hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operations.
• Proven success launching promotions, concepts, and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Experience leading multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards across all dining venues.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative promotions, engaging events, menu development, and guest-focused experiences.
• Partner with culinary and operational teams to create concepts that delight guests and keep pace with evolving market trends.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and cost management to achieve operational excellence and financial targets.
• Develop, coach, and empower a diverse team, fostering a culture of performance, engagement, and continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and JA quality standards while maintaining outstanding guest satisfaction.
• Analyze performance metrics, P&L results, food costs, and market benchmarks to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
