Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in Human Resources.
• Proficient in MS Office and English communication.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end vacation process, from requests to flight ticket issuance.
• Assist with the daily operations of the Human Resources Department.
• Support associates with HR-related queries, requests, and documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and celebrations.
• Prepare certificates, birthday cards, name badges, and associate communications.
• Assist with attendance administration and payroll-related submissions.
• Support employee relations matters, disciplinary meetings, and investigations.
• Coordinate transportation requests and other associate services.
• Maintain accurate HR records, filing systems, and departmental documentation.
• Work closely with teams across the hotel to deliver a seamless associate experience.

What You'll Do

As an HR Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our associates feel supported throughout their journey with JA by:

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources

Skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and care

Ideal Candidate Profile

In addition to the required HR experience, the ideal candidate will have:

• Learning & Development experience or exposure
• A valid UAE Driving Licence
• A genuine passion for supporting people and creating positive workplace experiences
