Job summary

Logos is seeking a senior BD lead to drive the ecosystem growth in the Web3 infrastructure space. You will develop partnerships with wallets, exchanges, and DeFi protocols, translating technical capabilities into compelling commercial propositions.

You’ll mentor a small team of two BD contributors, represent Logos with founders and engineering leaders, and operate in a remote, highly technical organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of technical blockchain architectures (L1s, L2s, P2P, consensus).
• Proven track record of building partnerships resulting in real integrations and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BD and partnership strategy to drive ecosystem growth and adoption.
• Identify high-value opportunities within the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem (wallets, exchanges, DeFi).
• Build and manage a focused pipeline of strategic partnerships and integrations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two BD contributors.
• Represent Logos credibly with founders, protocol leads, and engineering leaders.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear commercial propositions for partners.
