About the Role

We are hiring a Head of Business Development & Partnerships to spearhead and scale our global BD function. This role is central to expanding our partner network across crypto markets developing go-to-market strategies and driving revenue growth across Enflux s key verticals: Market Making OTC Treasury and Ventures. You will lead a nimble high-impact team building systems from scratch and drive meaningful relationships with founders institutions exchanges and protocols. This role is ideal for someone who already has deep connections in the industry and thrives in fastpaced high-autonomy environments.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute BD and partnership strategy across all verticals.

  • Foster a culture of excellence, data-driven execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Sales & BD Background – 6 years of experience in business development, sales or strategic partnerships.
  • 3 years in the crypto/web3 ecosystem.
  • Leadership – 2 years leading a team of at least 5 people, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven Impact – Demonstrated success in driving 3x revenue growth or equivalent performance outcomes.
  • Experience building and scaling BD systems and partner programs from scratch.
  • Crypto Specific Advantage – Experience in Market Making or OTC is a strong plus but not a requirement.
  • Bonus points for trading or capital markets experience, especially with tokens or liquidity management.
  • Soft & Hard Skills – Outstanding communicator and negotiator, equally comfortable with founders and institutional decision makers.
  • Deep understanding of crypto ecosystems, incentive structures, token economies and strategic deal structuring.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and KPI-driven operations.
