Job summary

Confidential is a global crypto exchange seeking a partnerships specialist to drive new opportunities and manage live deals. You’ll open conversations with prospective partners and guide them through diligence, proposals, and negotiations, while maintaining strong ongoing relationships.

You’ll collaborate with product, legal, compliance, risk, operations and marketing to execute deals and keep an active pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in BD, partnerships, sales, or related roles.
• English at native level; Chinese is a plus.
• Interest in crypto and Web3 with credible conversations.

Responsibilities

• Finding and qualifying partnership opportunities across listings, TradFi and Web3.
• Opening conversations with prospective partners and moving them forward.
• Managing diligence, proposals and negotiations; taking on more responsibility.
• Maintaining day-to-day contact with existing partners and nurturing relationships.
• Preparing partner research, deal materials and internal updates for leadership.
• Collaborating with product, legal, compliance, risk, operations and marketing to execute deals.
• Keeping pipeline, deal status and partner activity up to date.
• Representing the team at industry events and partner meetings.
