Job summary

MLabs seeks a Head of Community to design and drive a global strategy for a secure computation network. You will lead cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Research teams to build a vibrant community, scale ambassador programs, and host events across time zones.

You will lead initiatives that engage crypto/Web3 audiences, monitor sentiment, and influence product direction while guiding a team of community ambassadors in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4 years of experience as a community leader in crypto/Web3.
• Deep familiarity with crypto culture and evolving ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build and scale ambassador programs and engagement campaigns.
• Strong grasp of blockchain technology and decentralized systems.
• Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence.
• Strategic thinker with data-driven engagement and bias for action.
• Empathetic and curious leader who motivates teams and builds growth cultures.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute creative strategies to drive community growth and engagement.
• Program Leadership: Lead ambassador programs, interactive forums, competitions and social media campaigns.
• Cross-Org Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Developer Relations and Research.
• Events & Hosting: Organize AMAs, webinars, workshops and live events.
• Sentiment & Feedback: Monitor community sentiment and inform product and marketing strategies.
• Team Building: Recruit, train and manage a team of ambassadors with clear goals.
• Risk Management: Lead crisis management and conflict resolution.
