Job summary

Trust Wallet is seeking a marketing lead to architect and execute integrated strategies spanning acquisition, retention, and brand across Web3 ecosystems. You will own multi-channel campaigns, drive community engagement on Discord, Telegram, and X, and partner with BD to launch co-marketing initiatives.

The role demands a track record in scaling campaigns, a full-stack marketing mindset, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

3-5 years of marketing experience with at least 1 year in crypto, DeFi or Web3.
Proven track record owning and scaling multi-channel campaigns.
Experience in a generalist or full-stack marketing role.
Active on-chain user with deep Web3 ecosystem understanding.

Responsibilities

Develop and own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand.
Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native and performance channels.
Define positioning and messaging for new product features and market segments.
Set, track, and report on marketing KPIs including DAUs, installs, and retention rates.
Own budget allocation with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
Drive community engagement strategies across Discord, Telegram, and X.
Identify and activate credible KOL and influencer partnerships.
Collaborate with BD and ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns.
Work with Product teams to shape go-to-market plans for new features and chain integrations.
