Qualifications

• 12+ years in HR–Recruitment related role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with bank goals.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle to meet staffing targets.
• Coordinate manpower allocation with business divisions.
• Identify sourcing channels and execute cost-effective strategies.
• Lead recruitment campaigns and events to attract candidates.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and collect feedback.
• Oversee offer processes and contract documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ADIB policies and generate recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coach and develop the recruitment team to meet KPIs.
