Job summary

AccorHotel in Dubai seeks an experienced Stewarding Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the Stewarding department, ensure hygiene, safety and HACCP compliance, and collaborate with the Engineering team for equipment maintenance.

You will manage inventory of crockery, utensils and cleaning products, supervise a large team, and enforce local and international hygiene regulations to meet Accor standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• HACCP or UAE hygiene training certification.
• Knowledge of OHS standards and regulations.
• Extensive supervisory experience in stewarding/kitchen ops (4–5 star UAE/GCC).
• Strong leadership and ability to manage large teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Stewarding department and allocate tasks.
• Ensure hygiene standards and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleaning and storage of crockery and kitchen equipment.
• Monitor washing equipment and report issues.
• Co-ordinate with Engineering for maintenance.
• Manage inventory of washing-up products and stock.
