Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Stewarding or kitchen hygiene in hospitality or food service.
• Exposure to four- or five-star hotel environments is valuable.
• Understanding of HACCP, food safety, sanitation and contamination prevention.
• Ability to prioritize tasks during busy service periods.
• English language basics; Arabic/French helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness standards across kitchens, dishwashing stations, and storage spaces.
• Wash, sanitize, dry, and store plates, glassware, cutlery, cookware, and equipment.
• Operate industrial dishwashing equipment safely per procedures.
• Ensure items are inspected before re-stocking.
• Follow HACCP and food safety procedures during shifts.
• Maintain clean floors, walls, surfaces, sinks, and designated zones.
