Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi seeks a Director of Restaurants Bars & Experiences to lead a multi-outlet luxury F&B portfolio at Emirates Palace. The role combines strategy, people leadership and guest-centric programming across restaurants, bars, banqueting and experiences.

You will drive revenue, guest loyalty and profitability while upholding the highest standards of service and safety, mentoring a high-performing team, and partnering with Sales & Marketing to create destination dining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field.
• Senior leadership experience in luxury F&B operations.
• Strong operational, commercial and financial management skills in F&B.
• Proven ability to manage multi-outlet high-performing operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety (HACCP) and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all RB&E strategy and align with hotel objectives to drive performance.
• Oversee outlets, ensure concept identity and strong service standards.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing RB&E team with clear roles.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning.
• Maximise revenue, profitability, guest loyalty and market share.
• Deliver innovative guest experiences across all outlets.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions and partnerships.
• Ensure systems, data, cost controls and HACCP compliance.
