Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi seeks a Director of Restaurants, Bars & Experiences to lead all dining and experiential operations, shaping distinctive concepts and destination venues. You will drive the RB&E strategy, enhance guest experiences, and ensure exceptional service across outlets, banqueting and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field.
• Senior leadership experience in luxury F&B operations.
• Strong operational, commercial and financial management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multi-outlet high-performing operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety (HACCP) and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all dining and experiential operations including restaurants, bars, banqueting and experiences.
• Drive RB&E strategy on property, aligned with Group objectives.
• Define concepts identity and positioning for each outlet.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and strategic business planning.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and guest loyalty.
• Ensure high standards of guest experiences and HACCP compliance.
• Coordinate marketing partnerships and promotions.
• Implement systems and cost controls.
