Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Restaurant General Manager to lead the RB&E division. The role focuses on driving demand, guest loyalty, and exceptional experiences in a luxury setting within Emirates Palace.

You will manage operations, set service standards, forecast needs, and collaborate with culinary and reservations teams to deliver outstanding guest journeys. English proficiency and leadership experience are essential.

Competenze

• Experience leading restaurant operations in luxury hospitality.
• 3–5 years as a restaurant manager in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred setting.
• International work experience in at least two regions (Asia, Europe, North America, Middle East).
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel or Business Management.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Lead RB&E restaurant operations and drive demand, guest loyalty, and profitability.
• Set and maintain high customer service standards for front and back of house.
• Forecast revenue and product needs; manage labour and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Reservations, and other departments for seamless service.
