Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi, seeks a Director of Restaurants, Bars & Experiences to lead all dining and experiential operations. You will shape distinctive concepts, drive commercial performance and develop high-performing teams in a luxury hotel setting.

The role requires senior leadership, strong financial discipline and a passion for memorable guest experiences, aligned with Mandarin Oriental standards and brand heritage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Senior leadership experience in luxury F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and service standards.
• Proven ability to manage multi-outlet operations including restaurants, bars, banqueting, room service, culinary and stewarding.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all RB&E operations including restaurants, bars, banqueting and experiences.
• Develop and execute RB&E strategy aligned with MO brand objectives.
• Drive revenue, guest loyalty and profitability through concept design and superior service.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cost control to maximise performance.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and HACCP standards.
