Job summary

High Street Resources (HSR) leads a major Private Banking client in the UAE, seeking experienced Private Bankers to develop relationships with UHNW individuals and families. You will manage comprehensive client strategies, coordinate with investment professionals, and deliver tailored wealth solutions across markets.

The role emphasizes client acquisition, ongoing portfolio oversight, and strict adherence to regulatory and due diligence standards in a dynamic Middle East environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Private Banking or a substantial UHNW network in the UAE.
• Strong English & Arabic language skills
• Proven track record in investment sales and relationship management
• Familiarity with local regulatory policies and financial markets
• Appropriate local regulatory qualification

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in the UAE market.
• Manage client relationships, new client acquisition, and client retention.
• Collaborate with investment professionals to propose and execute tailored solutions.
• Address client inquiries and oversee daily account operations.
• Provide regular market updates, portfolio performance reports, and investment opportunities.
• Travel periodically to coverage regions for relationship development.
• Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
• Track clients, AUM, and revenues using internal systems.
• Ensure compliance, operational, and due diligence requirements are met.
• Oversee private client relationships and manage investment portfolios.
• Collaborate on client sponsorship and KYC procedures.
