Job summary

Bitunix Fintech LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Director to shape HR strategy, lead organizational development, and drive global HR initiatives. You will partner with executive leadership on talent plans, design competitive compensation, and oversee diverse teams across functions to enhance culture and performance.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, leadership, and systematizing HR processes for a fast-growing tech company in the UAE.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
8 years of HR experience including 3 years in HR Director or HR VP roles.
Chinese and native-level English proficiency required for global teams.
Experience managing international teams, UAE-based experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company objectives and culture.
Participate in executive decision-making with HR insights to support goals.
Optimize organizational structure; lead talent review and succession planning.
Establish leadership development frameworks to enhance management capabilities.
Refine policies across recruitment, training, performance, compensation and employee relations.
Design competitive compensation and benefits programs to improve retention.
Lead the HR team and ensure collaboration across functions.
Shape corporate culture and promote employee engagement and belonging.
Leverage HR analytics to support leadership decisions.
Partner with business units to deliver HR solutions and integration.
