Job summary

Bybit in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support its global Technology organization, partnering with the CTO and senior tech leaders to align people strategy with engineering priorities.

The role demands a data-driven, commercially minded partner who can advise on organization design, workforce planning, performance, career development, and complex employee relations across large-scale engineering teams. Fluency in Chinese is mandatory, with English as a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRBP experience with senior technology and engineering leaders.
• 2+ years hands-on HRBP experience supporting Tech functions (Software Engineering, Data, AI, Infrastructure).
• Strong understanding of engineering structures, talent markets and scaling technology teams.
• Experience designing organizations, workforce planning, performance management and complex employee relations.
• Data-driven, commercially minded with strong executive advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CTO and senior leaders across Software Engineering, Data, AI, Infrastructure to provide strategic HR support.
• Translate technology priorities into effective people strategies and operating models.
• Advise on organization design, workforce planning, and engineering team structures.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, promotions, retention and leadership development initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to identify capabilities gaps and improve engineering effectiveness.
• Manage complex employee relations, investigations and disciplinary cases as needed.
• Work with HR COEs on strategic technical hiring, compensation competitiveness, retention and transformation.
• Leverage people analytics to improve talent quality and workforce productivity.
• Ensure HR policies align with employment regulations and internal governance.
