Job summary

talentbridubai is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist in Dubai to establish and run the full HR function. You will own HR operations, policies, payroll, onboarding and lifecycle management to support growth in a tech-enabled environment.

The role requires building HR processes from the ground up, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and driving culture initiatives while partnering with senior leadership for workforce planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' HR experience within the UAE.
• Standalone or lead HR professional managing full HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Experience developing HR policies, handbooks and procedures.
• Hands-on payroll, leave management and HR administration.
• Ability to work independently and build HR structure from scratch.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an execution mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the complete HR function, including policies and frameworks.
• Develop and implement the company handbook aligned with UAE Labour Law.
• Oversee payroll processing, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding and performance processes.
• Handle leave management including annual and sick leave.
• Drive company culture initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and internal governance.
• Support leadership with HR advisory, workforce planning and org structure.
• Maintain accurate HR systems and reporting for management decisions.
