Job summary

Black Pearl Consult in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Director (UAE National) to lead HR and administrative functions. You will develop strategies, policies, and programs to support growth, compliance, and a positive culture while overseeing recruitment, payroll, training, and facilities.

Responsibilities include aligning HR initiatives with business goals, managing employee relations and performance, and ensuring health, safety, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and management skills; ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for all organizational levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain HR policies compliant with UAE labor laws.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs and welfare initiatives.
• Lead training and development programs to enhance skills.
• Manage the HRIS and ensure accurate data management.
• Oversee administrative functions including facilities, procurement, and travel.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and a safe work environment.
• Provide leadership to HR and admin teams to foster collaboration and improvement.
