HSBC UAE is seeking a Head of International Hub to lead the UAE International Desk and corridor teams, growing the international banking proposition for internationally mobile clients across the UAE, EMEA and priority markets. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HSBC’s international proposition and cross-border processes.
• Proven experience serving internationally mobile clients and diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of cross-border compliance, risk and controls.
• Excellent leadership with ability to build high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic, analytical and commercial skills for growth initiatives.
• Full-time degree required for UAE visa and work permit; attestations/equivalency for non-UAE degrees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UAE International Desk and corridor teams, developing capability and customer-centric culture.
• Drive cross-border referrals and grow international customer base across UAE, EMEA and priority markets.
• Develop partnerships with branches, MENA teams, HSBC entities and external partners to generate new-to-bank opportunities.
• Champion customer experience and efficient account opening and referral processes for internationally mobile clients.
• Lead international marketing, events and market intelligence to raise awareness of HSBC’s international proposition.
• Maintain governance, risk and regulatory controls; manage due diligence and audits.
