Pairs, a vetted private capital network, seeks a sales leader to build and run a six-associate team that wins sophisticated investors and founders. This role reports to the founders, blends strategy with coaching, and emphasizes daily standups, call reviews, and data-driven development.

You will hire, onboard, and grow the team, ensuring every introduction carries your name and standard. The package is heavily performance-weighted, fully remote, with some overlap to US Eastern time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or business development, including leading a team.
• Experience selling to sophisticated buyers: institutions, investors, or wealth/finance clients.
• Experience with family offices or VCs and understanding their decision processes.
• Data-driven, with strong use of CRM and analytics tools.
• Ability to hire, coach, and scale a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a six-person sales team reporting to the founders.
• Set priorities, run weekly reviews, and ensure consistent coaching.
• Turn investor interest into founder meetings and track performance.
