Pairs is seeking a business development leader to take over a six-person investor relations team and drive its performance. You will report to both co-founders, coach each associate, and ensure every member has clear expectations, weekly feedback, and measurable progress.

This role blends sales, investor networks, and strategic leadership in a fully remote setup. Background in high-ticket sales, venture capital, or fundraising is preferred.

Formación

• Experience leading a five+ person sales/investment team.
• Proven coaching and feedback skills.
• Strong CRM discipline and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead investor relations team and report to co-founders.
• Coach associates on calls and introductions.
• Hire, onboard and, when needed, let people go according to written standards.
• Own the health of the investor network and align with client success and founder relations teams.
• Spot constraints and drive fixes with process improvements or engineering.
