Pairs is building a high-impact investor relations leadership team and inviting a seasoned operator to take over a six-member associate group. You will report directly to the two co-founders, coaching and aligning the team around top-tier investor relationships, and ensuring every member meets clear targets.

You will own the health of the investor network, drive growth in active members, ensure introductions align with client expectations, and fix constraints with processes or engineering to

Formación

• Experience leading five+ person sales or investment teams.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong CRM and reporting discipline.
• Track record of high-ticket sales and fundraising.
• Ability to align investor relationships with client goals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the investor relations team and report to co-founders.
• Coach associates on calls and introductions.
• Hire, onboard and, when needed, let people go, against a written bar for what good looks like.
• Own the health of the entire Pairs network, more active members every month, and every member getting founders that fit.
• Work with client success team on each client's plan, and with founder relations team to build relationships with top founders.
• Spot the constraint that holds the team back and fix it, with a process or with engineers.
• Bring the weekly numbers, investor calls, newly active members, introductions sent, founder calls and referrals, and what you are changing because of them.
