Pairs is seeking a sales leader to build and run a six-person sales team that wins sophisticated buyers and keeps winning them. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the founders in a fully remote setup with US East overlap.

You will own the rhythm, numbers, and conversion, hire and coach associates, and ensure every intro carries your name. You’ll work with family offices, VCs, and strategic investors to move deals from first call to founder meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales with leadership experience
• Proven track record selling to sophisticated buyers (institutions, investors, wealth/finance)
• Experience with family offices or VCs, and raising from them
• Ability to drive team metrics and progress with data-driven approach
• Familiarity with CRM tools and AI-assisted sales processes

Responsabilités

• Lead six associates and report directly to the founders
• Hold weekly reviews, coaching, and live call feedback sessions
• Drive discovery, investor onboarding, pitches, and founder meetings
• Hire, onboard, and grow the sales team
• Ensure every introduction carries your own name and standard
• Coordinate senior calls and collaborate with client success to maintain fundraising momentum
