Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Pairs seeks a Head of Investor Relations to lead the IR team, currently about six direct reports. You will hire, coach, and set a clear standard for performance while reporting to the co-founders.
This is a leadership seat that requires deep investor networks and disciplined cadence. Fully remote with US Eastern overlap, you will strengthen relationships with family offices, VCs and strategic investors, ensure timely pitches, and drive continuous engagement as the network grows.
We are hiring a Head of Investor Relations to lead the team that runs our investor network.
Pairs is a vetted private capital network. We put break-out founders in front of the family offices, VCs and strategic investors who fit them, and our team runs the investor relations work around every introduction. We are paid by the founder for our work, never by the round. Investors are members of the network and pay nothing. We are a small, senior team, profitable and self-funded.
This is a leadership seat. You run the IR team: around six direct reports, the associates who each hold a book of members and clients. You report directly to the two co-founders.
Your job is to make that team excellent. You hire well, set a clear bar, run the weekly rhythm, coach every associate on their calls and pitches, and have the hard conversation early when someone is off track. The team's results are your results.
Founders work with us for our investor network. Members read what we send because it fits what they told us. Through your team, you own that network and keep every relationship getting stronger month after month. You still take the mandate calls with our most senior family offices, because a leader who stays close to the work coaches it better.
US$200K to US$300K total compensation. Fully remote, with a few hours of overlap with US Eastern time. A seat reporting directly to both co-founders, a team to lead, and a network that grows with every month you put into it.
