Pairs is seeking a senior leader to run the investor relations team. You’ll oversee five associates, own weekly rhythms, and report directly to the two founders. Strong leadership, hiring, and coaching are essential as you manage pitches and network health.

This role emphasizes discretion, family office relationships, and the ability to keep confidential information secure while driving capital initiatives forward. Fully remote with overlap to US Eastern time.

Qualificações

• Six or more years on the investment side of a family office, VC or growth fund, or raising capital for private companies.
• Proven leadership with 5+ direct reports and coaching experience.
• Discretion with confidential information and strong relationship building.
• Established family office relationships and deal-sourcing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead five IR associates with hiring, onboarding, and weekly 1:1 coaching.
• Maintain a Monday kickoff and Friday review cadence for wins/losses.
• Oversee the health of the investor network and timely introductions.
• Ensure pitch quality and stand behind every introduction.
• Coordinate with founders and client success to move raises forward.
