Job summary

Client of S&K HR Consulting seeks a Head of Business Development to lead growth in our industrial ecosystem in the UAE. You will build a robust pipeline with tenants, customers, investors and partners, shaping long-term revenue streams.

The role requires deep knowledge of metal fabrication processes and the ability to secure high-value opportunities while managing cross-functional teams and strategic alliances across the UAE and regional markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of BD experience in metal fabrication, steel, industrial manufacturing, or related sectors.
• At least 8 years in a leadership position with revenue growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Business Development strategy.
• Drive occupancy and revenue growth across Production and Storage Hubs.
• Identify secure high-value metal fabrication tenants and partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations for leasing, services, and partnerships.
• Build relationships with metal fabricators, contractors, steel traders and investors.
• Maintain a strong commercial pipeline across UAE and regional markets.
