Job summary

Prime Strategy Consultants is seeking a seasoned GM/Operations Leader to steer overall business performance in a heavy industrial context. The role requires building scalable structures, SOPs and KPIs across production, engineering, fabrication and workshop operations.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in industrial manufacturing, proven commercial leadership, and strong UAE/GCC experience to drive growth, productivity and profitability while developing a robust second line of management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in industrial, manufacturing or fabrication environments.
• Proven GM/Operations or Factory management experience.
• Strong exposure to machining and fabrication operations.
• Track record in business development and commercial leadership.
• Experience building systems, teams, processes and accountability.
• Strong UAE/GCC industrial market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall business and operational performance.
• Strengthen organizational structure, systems, SOPs and KPIs.
• Oversee Production, Engineering, Fabrication and Workshop operations.
• Drive sales growth, new customer acquisition and key accounts.
• Improve productivity, delivery performance and profitability.
• Build and develop a strong second line of management.
• Reduce operational bottlenecks, wastage and inefficiencies.
