Job summary

S&K HR Consulting invites a seasoned Head of Business Development to lead the growth of our industrial ecosystem in the UAE. You will build a pipeline of tenants, customers, investors and partners, while shaping strategic initiatives and revenue streams aligned with long-term objectives.

You will oversee a cross-functional team, drive negotiations, and develop targeted acquisition strategies across UAE and regional markets in a dynamic KEZAD environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Business.
• MBA in Business Development would be advantageous.
• 10–15 years of relevant Business Development experience in metal fabrication, steel, industrial manufacturing or related sectors.
• At least 8 years in a leadership position.
• Strong track record in revenue generation and tenant acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Business Development strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Drive occupancy and revenue growth across Production Hub and Storage Hub.
• Identify and secure high-value metal fabrication and industrial tenants.
• Lead commercial negotiations for leasing, services and partnerships.
• Build relationships with metal fabricators, contractors, steel traders, storage operators and investors.
• Own and deliver revenue and occupancy targets and monitor KPIs.
