Job summary

D Prime is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand our client base and partnerships across markets. You will promote trading solutions, manage relationships with clients, IBs, and affiliates, and lead initiatives to grow revenue while coordinating with internal teams to ensure top-tier service.

This role leverages deep FX/CFD knowledge and a strong network in the online trading space. Flexibility to travel for partner meetings and industry events is expected, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development/Sales within a CFD/Forex Brokerage.
• Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and brokerage operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
• Existing network of traders, IBs, or affiliates is a strong advantage.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify revenue opportunities.
• Target-driven with experience achieving KPIs and revenue goals.
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing markets and client base, promote trading solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, IBs, and affiliates.
• Identify client trading needs and propose brokerage services and platforms.
• Communicate the value proposition, trading conditions, platforms, and partnerships.
• Research sales statistics and assess growth opportunities within target markets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, partners, and clients in CRM.
• Coordinate with Dealing, Compliance, Marketing and Support to ensure service quality.
• Conduct presentations, webinars, and platform demonstrations to prospects.
