Job summary

Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality is seeking a Distribution Manager to own and optimize the cluster’s full distribution ecosystem across channels and partners. Qualifications

• Hotel Management graduate with specialization in Revenue Management and Distribution.
• 10 years of hospitality experience, cluster/complex setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for growth.
• High proficiency with RevOps tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the cluster’s full distribution ecosystem across electronic channels, third‑party partners, metasearch and brand channels.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Reservations and IT for distribution, digitalization and funnel optimization.
• Lead CRO, PMS maintenance, and direct booking strategies to protect margins and grow loyalty bookings.
• Analyze data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
