• Own and optimize the cluster’s full distribution ecosystem across electronic channels, third‑party partners, metasearch and brand channels.

About the Job

The Distribution Manager owns and optimizes the cluster’s full distribution ecosystem, including electronic channels, third-party partners, metasearch, brand channels, and direct booking touchpoints — to maximize conversion, protect margin, and grow direct and loyalty bookings. This role combines traditional channel management with CRO, PMS maintenance, and digital product ownership of the booking funnel (rooms and ancillary revenue streams). The incumbent is the central point of coordination between Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and IT for distribution, digitalization, and funnel optimization.

About You

• Should be a Hotel Management graduate specialized in Revenue Management and Distribution
• 10 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a cluster/complex setting
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Computer literate with effective and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You should be able to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations that support the revenue growth strategy
• You need to have a high level of technical proficiency in the tools and systems that enable RevOps processes. You should be familiar with the CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, customer success, and analytics platforms that your company uses or plans to use
• You should be able to define and track the key metrics and KPIs that reflect the RevOps performance and value
• You should be able to develop and nurture talent, and succession plans for your RevOps function
