Job summary

Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality in Abu Dhabi seeks a Cluster Assistant Director MICE to lead the MICE value chain across the cluster, driving revenue through proactive sales, negotiations and impeccable event delivery.

You will coach teams, manage RFPs, coordinate with operations, and ensure repeat business while aligning with the group’s commercial strategy.

This role requires a Hotel Management background and at least six years in MICE sales, with strong CRM and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Hotel Management graduate specialized in sales.
• Six years of experience in MICE sales and related hospitality operations.
• Strong understanding of local businesses and market trends; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead cluster MICE business development strategy across segments.
• Coach proactive and reactive sales teams; manage trade shows and client events.
• Lead RFP responses and commercial negotiations for group business.
• Maintain CRM discipline and accurate pipeline forecasting.
• Ensure handover between proactive and reactive teams with clear timelines.
