Job summary

Kerzner International Management, through One&Only One Za’abeel in Dubai, seeks a Distribution Manager to optimize the hotel’s distribution ecosystem, ensuring accurate availability, rates and inventory across CRS, GDS, OTA and third-party channels.

You will collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales and Marketing to maximize revenue, maintain rate parity, and drive direct channel performance while training teams on revenue management concepts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in hotel distribution, revenue management or e-commerce within an upscale/luxury environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CRS, PMS, GDS, channel managers, OTA extranets and booking engines.
• Solid knowledge of Central Reservation Systems, Interfaces, onward distribution platforms and OTA extranets.
• Experience with SynXis and OPERA Cloud is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the hotel's distribution ecosystem for accurate availability, rates and inventory across channels.
• Own the integrity and performance of CRS, GDS, OTA and third-party distribution channels.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and Kerzner Corporate teams to support commercial objectives.
• Ensure rate parity and daily monitoring across channels with corporate tools.
• Train sales and front office teams on revenue management principles and processes.
