3D Company is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships to lead growth across the UAE and GCC. The role focuses on securing high-value contracts, forming strategic partnerships, and driving revenue in healthcare, occupational health, fitness, sports science, defense, or corporate sectors.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in business development, a strong UAE network, and proven success in securing large-scale contracts.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Sports Management, or related field.
MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute the company's business development strategy.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across government, defense, healthcare, corporate, and industrial sectors.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Lead contract negotiations, commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
Drive growth in occupational health, human performance, and physical readiness services.
Expand market presence across the UAE and GCC.
Achieve agreed revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
