Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial leadership roles in the UAE.
• Strong growth, partnerships, and service-based revenue experience.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior decision makers.
• Strong commercial judgement across financial analysis, pricing, contracting, risk.
• Comfortable operating in structured governance environments.
• Clear communicator with presence and execution discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the growth strategy across core and adjacent service lines.
• Identify new revenue channels through partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem expansion.
• Build synergies across internal stakeholders, related entities, and third party operators.
• Own governance across performance, KPIs, and commercial commitments.
• Support senior stakeholder forums with decision ready insights and recommendations.
• Ensure strong commercial controls across contracting, risk, compliance, and value protection.
• Work closely with Legal and Finance on commercial models, contracting, and negotiations.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across multiple parties with competing priorities.
