The role focuses on securing high-value contracts, forming strategic partnerships, and driving revenue in healthcare, occupational health, fitness, sports science, defense, or corporate sectors.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in business development, a strong UAE network, and proven success in securing large-scale contracts.

Qualifications

• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.

This senior leadership role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of winning high-value contracts, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding businesses within the healthcare, occupational health, fitness, sports science, defense, or corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's business development strategy.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across government, defense, healthcare, corporate, and industrial sectors.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead contract negotiations, commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
• Drive growth in occupational health, human performance, and physical readiness services.
• Expand market presence across the UAE and GCC.
• Achieve agreed revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 8+ years of business development experience, including senior commercial leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in securing large-scale government or corporate contracts.
• Strong network within UAE government, healthcare, defense, or corporate sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of UAE procurement and tendering processes.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
