Job summary

Doctify in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our commercial team and drive new customer acquisition across healthcare professionals. This high-activity, fast-paced role focuses on transactional sales with a large number of leads across verticals.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, consistently hitting revenue targets with support from your manager and the wider team. Fluency in English and a minimum of 3 years’ sales experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in B2B, SaaS or healthcare environments would be desirable but not required.
• Excellent communication and outbound selling skills.
• Comfort managing a large volume of leads and hitting revenue targets.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, engagement, and new customer acquisition through high-volume outreach.
• Manage the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to deal closure, while maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Consistently exceeding daily KPIs and monthly revenue targets, supported by your manager and the wider team.
• Conducting time efficient product demonstrations and presentations, tailored to the requirements of each customer.
• Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field.
