Rotana is seeking a passionate Director of Front Office to lead guest services and Front Office operations, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality while maximizing hotel revenue opportunities. You will oversee room availability, guest arrivals and departures, information services, and overall Front Office efficiency.

You will build a high-performing, guest-centric team, maintain professional service, and collaborate with Housekeeping to optimize room readiness and turnover.

Qualifications

• University degree and at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Opera and MICROS systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, personalized recognition to guests throughout stay.
• Plan room availability controls to maximize revenue across rooms, F&B, and other streams.
• Maintain high standards among guest-facing team members who are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous.
• Provide management with regular reports and updates on guest feedback, trends, and issues affecting satisfaction or operations.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping to optimize room availability and turnover.
• Contribute to occupancy targets, marketing strategies, and rate development to support hotel objectives.
