Job summary

Rotana is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the Director of Housekeeping in daily operations and to lead a multicultural team to meet Rotana standards. Responsibilities include supervising cleaning tasks, maintaining room histories, and coordinating repairs with Engineering and Front Office.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree with at least three years of management experience in hotel housekeeping, and is fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher; fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Knowledge of Micros Opera; strong admin and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work to ensure cleanliness and adjust schedules by operation/occupancy.
• Supervise periodic cleaning and inspect rooms/public areas, identifying improvement areas.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Front Office for repairs and maintenance; maintain records.
