Zusammenfassung

Keyston Distribution seeks an accomplished enterprise sales leader for the GCC, leading two salespeople and owning the solutions business. You will be the named lead for the data center ecosystem including Weka and ClearML, selling to IT leadership and government accounts across UAE and Saudi Arabia.

This is a selling role-first position with strong emphasis on quota attainment, cross-sell, and strategic vendor partnerships. Travel across the GCC is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years selling enterprise software or technology solutions in the GCC.
• At least 3 years with a quota on deals above USD 250,000.
• Experience leading or mentoring sales teams and arguably coaching.
• Proven track record with named accounts, deal sizes, quota attainment.
• Experience with system integrators and channel partners.
• Credible with IT leaders and CIOs; government procurement exposure in UAE/SA.
• Willing to travel across the GCC; UAE driving license.

Aufgaben

• Own annual and quarterly targets for your solutions and the forecast behind them.
• Manage your pipeline: named accounts, meetings, proposals, negotiations, closure.
• Lead two junior salespeople: weekly pipeline reviews and deal coaching.
• Manage vendor relationships: joint go-to-market, deal registration, pricing and approvals.
• Price and propose with margin discipline; cross-sell into existing enterprise accounts.
