Genetic Callnet Consultancy Pvt Ltd. seeks a Head of E-commerce to own end-to-end FMCG online business across its website and marketplaces in Dubai. You will drive online revenue, category growth, marketplace performance, conversion, assortment, pricing and campaigns while managing P&L.

You will lead a team, coordinate with Buying, Marketing and Supply Chain, and optimize performance on Amazon, Noon and other platforms in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• 7+ years in e-commerce, marketplace management or online retail.
• Experience managing large SKU portfolios and revenue targets.
• Strong experience with Amazon, Noon and marketplaces.
• Understanding of merchandising, pricing, promotions and inventory.

Responsabilidades

• Own overall e-commerce strategy, revenue and profitability for website and marketplaces.
• Manage SKU portfolio across multiple categories.
• Deliver annual/monthly sales target of AED 1 million monthly.
• Drive growth via assortment, pricing, promotions and marketplace optimization.
• Own website performance: traffic, conversion, AOV, visibility and CX.
• Oversee Amazon, Noon and other marketplace performance via KAMs.
• Analyze sales, margins, inventory and data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Category, Buying, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations on launches.
• Plan seasonal campaigns around major Indian festivals.
• Improve marketplace rankings and ad performance.
• Own e-commerce P&L and profitability targets.
• Lead and manage the e-commerce team and marketplace managers.
