Job summary

The Greater Change in Dubai seeks an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead marketplace operations across Amazon, Noon, and other GCC channels. You will own marketplace P&L, optimize listings, pricing, and advertising, while coordinating with Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to drive growth.

You will manage budgets, forecast performance, and drive improvements in customer experience and efficiency across the GCC platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of marketplace management with direct P&L ownership.
• Proven experience on UAE/GCC marketplaces (Amazon, Noon).
• Strong analytical, Excel skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets.
• Develop forecasts and monitor performance against plans.
• Lead pricing, promotions, and channel campaigns.
• Oversee listings, content optimization, and storefront improvements.
• Manage advertising campaigns and monitor ROAS/ACOS.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support launches and inventory.
• Lead and develop marketplace specialists and establish KPIs.
