You will own the online revenue, lead cross-functional teams across marketing, technology, product and fulfilment, and drive performance analytics to optimise conversions and profitability.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in e-commerce, digital platforms or online marketplaces.
• Experience scaling digital businesses in the UAE or GCC markets preferred.
• Retail or consumer sector exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the organisation's e-commerce and digital sales ecosystem.
• Own online revenue, platform performance, customer acquisition and conversion optimisation.
• Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, technology, product and fulfilment to deliver seamless customer journeys.
• Drive profitability, data-driven decision-making and platform scalability.
• Shape partnerships with marketplaces, payment providers and technology vendors.
