Job summary

OpenFX, based in Dubai, seeks a Head of Client Success, MENA, to lead the satisfaction and retention of institutional clients and to build the regional client success function. You will manage the overall customer experience and deliver tailored solutions that grow trading activity on our FX platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of client-facing experience with financial services institutions.
• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• Strong understanding of FX markets, trading operations, and treasury workflows.
• Experience analyzing trading data and creating actionable insights.
• Proven track record of growing institutional relationships.
• Based in Dubai with right to work and willingness to travel across the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client trading data to identify opportunities for volume growth and cost savings.
• Create regular reviews showcasing platform value and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase transaction volume.
