We are seeking an ambitious visionary and culturally attuned senior leader to join our expanding global team. In this pivotal role you will spearhead our commercial operations and business growth across MENA, shaping regional strategy, building high-value relationships, and leading dynamic teams. If you have expertise in the FX industry, deep knowledge of the MENA financial landscape, and a proven record in executive leadership, we look forward to connecting with you.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and licensing of regional operations ensuring full compliance with local financial regulations.
• Create and implement strategies for entering new markets, driving business growth and sustaining long-term expansion.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, regulators and industry leaders.
• Oversee business development activities including client acquisition, onboarding and retention initiatives.
• Recruit, guide and manage local teams to support operational needs and accelerate growth.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor actions and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.
• Serve as the company’s main regional representative, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
• Work closely with global leadership to ensure regional strategies are aligned with the company’s overall goals.

Requirements

• Native or fluent English proficiency (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in setting up and managing financial services operations within regulated markets.
• Strong expertise in business development, sales and market expansion in financial services, preferably in Forex and/or Equities.
• In-depth understanding of financial regulatory requirements and licensing procedures.
• Established network of industry contacts in the region.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder relationship management capabilities.
