Job summary

Delivery Hero is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Dubai. You will lead relationships with clients and restaurants, ensuring excellent service and timely updates to menus and content, while driving promotional campaigns and digital initiatives.

The role focuses on expanding commercial relationships, negotiating terms, and coordinating with shops on live status and platform features. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous business relationships with clients/restaurants.
• Provide excellent service and support to resolve operational issues between clients/shops and company.
• Ensure client menus are up to date at all times.
• Optimize restaurant content (MOA Delivery time).
• Renegotiate commission rates and renew existing contacts.
• Handle advertisement sales including brand menus, banners, newsletters.
• Generate promos and vouchers for existing shops.
• Persuade clients/restaurants for brand promotions of Talabat pictures.
• Promote digital features such as track order and WLA transmission methods.
• Encourage shops to subscribe to the online payment gateway.
• Coordinate with shops to verify live status on Talabat website and resolve issues.
• Maintain records of sales activities: calls, closes, follow-ups, reports, presentations, and contracts.

Whats on Your Plate

• Maintain continuous business relationships with clients/ restaurants.
• Provide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationships and resolve operational issues between clients/ Shops and company.
• Make sure that the menus of the clients are up to date at all times.
• Optimize the restaurant content (MOA Delivery time).
• Commission rate renegotiation: - Building new commercial relationships by renewing the existing contacts by renegotiating the offer.
• Advertisement sales: -Acquiring and maintaining pictures from brand menus branding Talabat stickers at Shops banners and newsletter.
• Generating food coupons promotions and vouchers from existing Shops.
• Convince clients / restaurants for brand promotion of Talabat pictures.
• Transmission method optimization: -Convincing clients / Shops to implement a track order feature and changing the transmission method to WLA.
• Convince the Shop to go for digitalization (Backlinks Splash pages White-label Facebook button).
• Encourage Shops to subscribe to the online payment gateway.
• Coordinate with the Shop if the restaurant is live or active on the Talabat website checking and resolving the reason such as shutting down or stopping delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:
  -Sales calls
  -Closed sales
  -Follow-up activities
  -Sales expense report
  -Presentations
  -Sales meeting report (new restaurant)
  -Daily signed contract report

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Previous experience in FMCG- E-commerce and retail companies is preferred
• From 3 to 5 years of experience holding the same title or relevant
