Qualifications
- Experience leading front-of-house teams in luxury hospitality.
- Ability to inspire colleagues and manage reservations.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the hostess team and oversee daily front-of-house operations.
- Manage reservations, guest greetings, escorts, and seating plans.
- Maintain high presentation standards and collaborate with servers and outlets.
- Communicate guest needs and opportunities to improve service and revenue.
- Coach team members to uphold service standards and cross-sell outlets.
- Support pre-service briefings and ensure guest satisfaction.
