The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Greek cuisine, a minimum of 5 years of experience in fine dining, and exceptional leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional culinary experience, including roles like Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
• Deep understanding of Greek culinary traditions and seasonal produce.
• Experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality or premium restaurant environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary vision and execution of the Greek fine-dining concept.
